Monthly opportunities to practice in community with others. Summer and fall bring Mindful Mornings for the whole family at Island Park, to practice as we play with our children. Winter and spring shift indoors to smaller, adults-only morning retreats to deepen our practice.

Hi, I'm Charlie

I've practiced Unified Mindfulness since 2009, trained directly by Shinzen Young, and I'm a certified Unified Mindfulness coach — teaching since 2013. My focus is helping families and teachers build mindfulness skills that shape calmer, more connected relationships with children, work I've carried through years as an early childhood educator.
